Leadership Coaching for a group of Leaders within the same organization who routinely work together is powerful. Together we will Define Leadership for your Organization, Align Leaders with One Another, and Align Leaders with Vision & Values in Leadership Team Coaching.
Concurrently, we'll do 1:1 Leadership Coaching with each member of the Team where each individual will strengthen their leadership capabilities from where they are now, to becoming a leader their team wants to follow.
For individuals who are ready to make a job or career change but are not confident what's next or how to find their next opportunity, through coaching sessions we will:
- Explore possibilities to identify what job is next in your career journey
- Learn networking skills to explore career options and have an inside track at target companies
- Fine tune your personal branding to frame your skills and accomplishments with your desired job
- Practice your interview skills
